How far in advance do we need to book our DJ?

 Depending on the event, and how much planning is involved, can affect how far in advance you should book your entertainment. The sooner the better. Trying to book a DJ last minute isn't easy. We usually recommend at least 2 months in advance for private parties, and at least 6 months for a wedding. However, if you are having an event that is being planned quickly, if the date is available we can work with you.

Are you able to meet with us before your event?

Absolutely. We offer the option for our clients to meet with us before the event to discuss all the details. This helps us give you the entertainment you want at your event!

Does the music have to be loud?

Absolutely not. We play at the volume you want at your event. If you would like just background music, or would rather it sound like a dance club, we can accommodate all volume levels.

How involved will the DJ/Emcee become at our event?

We can be as low key, or as involved as you would like us to be. We can just make the necessary announcements, make no announcements at all, or get fully involved with the guests at the event. It's your choice.

How will the DJ be attired?

We can be as casual or formal as you would like. From dress pants and a polo, to a three piece suit or tuxedo we are able to be properly attired for any event.

When will the DJ arrive at your event?

The normal set up time will be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours prior to the event start time.

Do we include the DJ and MC to eat at the event?

Any event over 3 hours we do ask that the DJ and MC receive a meal. Most times for a 4 hour event we are working an
average of 7 hours.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 20% deposit and a signed contract to book the date for your event. The remaining balance will be paid seven (7) days before the date of the event unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, personal or business checks, cashiers checks, and major credit cards.

Are you insured?

Yes we are. We carry a 1,000,000 dollar liability policy.

Do you have back up equipment if something should break?

Yes we do! We have a trailer on site with us that contains additional equipment.
